Clothing trends have a way of making a comeback, such as bell bottoms, cropped tops, bell sleeves, and even grunge wear. Even trends you didn't think would ever come back you'll be sure to see again. The upcoming trends for the spring season are no exception. You may not be too keen on the cropped tops making their way around again, but there may be other trends that are coming back that you can rock. See below for some upcoming trends for spring and how to wear them.

Flowered Dress

In the 90's the flowered dress with capped sleeves, fitted bodice and flowing skater skirt was a big hit. It was worn with combat boots to give it a grunge look. This spring is no different, but bring it in to this decade to update it by pairing it with a pair of knee high or over the knee boots, or booties. For a cool evening, pair your flowered dress with a leather moto jacket to match. Wear a felt or wool floppy hat for an added accessory. Look for a flowered dress in longer lengths as well, if the shorter length isn't your thing.

T-Shirt Dress

T-shirt dresses are very versatile and can be worn alone or with a great pair of leggings. They are perfect for feeling comfy or for dressing up. Wear a plain t-shirt dress with patterned leggings, or a patterned t-shirt dress with plain leggings. You can even mix and match patterns if you're want a different look such as stripes with plaid, just try to keep the colors similar and the prints not too bold. Pair the t-shirt dress with sandals on warm days/nights or wear it with booties for cooler days.

Boot/Wide Leg Jeans

Skinny jeans and jeggings have been around for a few years now, but the boot leg jeans and wider bottom jeans are making a comeback this spring, as are higher waisted jeans. These jeans look great on any body shape, and are a welcoming look. They look great with just about any outfit, but add height to your look by pairing them with a great pair of heals such as stacked boots. This helps keep those bottom hems from dragging on the ground.

These trends are all making their way around again (possibly for the third or fourth time). Even if you've worn them before, it's OK to be rocking these trends again. Fashion has a way of coming back again. Invest in just a few key pieces to stay up on the trend.
